laptop not working

<p>On Sunday I went to telkom store in witbank because my laptop is not working nor responding n the was a guy who said I must bring my I'd book with a laptop since is still under warranty. On Monday my husband took it in but was informed to call service provider to come fetch the laptop. When I chart to telkom agent Oscar Nene he said the store must take the laptop. Am not sure what is the story now where to go n what to do. Advise</p>
