Laptop damage

Telkom is not at all what they claim to be. I have made many queries and complaints but they haven't acted on any of them. Firstly their technician forced the RJ11 cable into the laptop way beyond the terminal point, this damaging the power port and damaging the plastic casing. I was told a tech would come to sort this out. Nothing happened. I e-mailed them and noted how disappointed I am and was now blocked from accessing them. How am I supposed to have my grievance addressed. Their aftercare services are terrible.
