Lapsed policy

Hi my name is mukovhe khavhagali, am currently having a problem with Telkom. I had a cellphone insurance with Telkom which lapsed on the 1st of June, but Telkom kept on debiting my account even though I was not covered. Currently I log a case with them and when I make a follow up they are sending me from pillar post. Truly speaking it's really frustrating because they are not refunding me my money. Kindly assist. ***
