Lanline Ben down almost a month

Lanline ( ********** 984) has been down for almost a month... Prior to this the line was crossed with someone else's and that took forever to fix. This is unacceptable and needs to be resolved asap. Mr M Govender. Ref: ********** 9 My no. ********** 912
