Landlines still not cancelled and still being billed.

I have now cancelled my landlines numerous times over several months. I was even contacted by hellkom to confirm cancellation but I am still being billed. At month end I am relocating and the land line has still not been deactivated. There are just no words to describe hellkom and its incompetence.
