Landlines down since December 2015

The landlines in Belhar Ext 21 has been down since the 18 December 2015. We keep receiving sms's from Telkom saying that they are aware of the problem and someone would contact us with an alternate option. To date no one from Telkom has contacted us. It is rather frustrating and annoying. Please sort out this problem soon!!!
