Landline/ADSL connection

Telkom is really the worst ISP. Last month we didn't have a landline nor ADSL connection for +- 3 weeks. It took 10 days before the technician came out to repair the lines. Exactly a month later, we're having the same issue. To make matters worse, we have to spend hundreds of rands buying airtime just to phone the call center and hear that there's nothing which they can do from their side to immediately repair the connection. Absolutely pathetic service.
