Landline ? What landline ?

I am sorry to say but after posting a complain about telkom, this is the 4th time that i had to do this . I spoke to a lady long ago to get a land line at my house in standerton . I gave here all my details and she said it would take up to 3-4 weeks to get a landline installed at my house . Well its been almost a year and not even a phone call . All im getting is a email saying that they will contact my shortly with a reference number but up until now no one has phoned me . How can people say that i must use telkom as my service provider for ADSL if they cant even just phone me and tell me what is going on . Please i hope this would be the last time i raise this on Hallo Peter . Please email me with a reason why i am not getting any service delivery from Telkom what more must i do ???
