Landline still not working after 4 calls logged

I have logged the following call since August for landline that is not working. 600crz080817;167crz120817;608crz250817 and 462crz150917 but still my landline is not working. All the calls above have been resolved except 462crz150917. Calls are resolved even though the telephone line is not working. More than 5 technicians have attended to call number 608crz250817 for example and then call is resolved. Please advise what we need to do to get service from Telkom. Really bad service from Telkom
