Landline still not cancelled after 3 months notice

Need I say more than the headline. Given Telkom notice to cancel my landline more than 3 months ago due to no ADSL availability which I initially signed up for. I am still being billed for the line even though I have given notice a couple of times to get the line cancelled. Telkom please don't make your name worse than it already is and sort this out on your end! The amended property description was finalised on 17 August 2015 and the attorneys should have received the amended instruction after 3-5 days after 17/8/2015. They are still waiting but nothing is being done. It is out of my hands but I make contact on a daily basis to get feedback but there is no cooperation. <br> <br> This is causing a huge delay in the purchase process which should have been finalised last month and now I have to pay unnecessary occupational rent as the property cannot be registered yet, this negligence is causing a financial loss for me.
