Landline still inop despite my last posting here and a Telkom response

<p>A month ago I posted a review here and Telkom responded promptly. The bottom line: MY LANDLINE IS STILL NOT WORKING</p> <p>and is totally dead! ********** just rings but is 'dead' and doesn't work. This has been reported again AND AGAIN. Of course</p> <p>I pay my bill every month so essentially are paying for a service I am not receiving. Telkom....where do we go from here?</p>
