Landline still active after 2 cancellation attempts + continues to debit my account

<p>Ive cancelled my voice line multiple times this year, Ive complained here on Hellopeter and Social media. Nothing came from this. I still receive a statement every month. I don't know what to do anymore. Ive blocked and reversed this debit order. I want my money back from the beginning of this year when I originally cancelled my landline. </p>
