Landline out of service for 6 weeks ...escalation no : ***

It has gone 6 weeks and still my landline is out of service. Of course i continue to be billed for a service i do not have ...as this will be refunded when finally the issue is resolved, ?!? The problem was sent to the escalation department and now sits with the cable guys ? Sadly though this is a grudge purchase...because i cant have Wifi without also taking the home landline as a package deal... In this day and age with every family member having a cell phone i am forced to pay for a service i dont need...and which Telkom can't fix anyway...wake up Telkom...you are ridiculous !
