Landline out of service

Telkom cut my landline on the 4 October 2018. Have been trying to sort it out to no avail. The call centre puts you on hold daily.rreally frustrated.went to walk in center at overport city.Durban. t.the lady prudance was helpful.a few days later .out of service.no reply at call center. really horrible poor service.just cannot sort the matter out because of lack of communication from telkom.really don't know what to do anymore.wjich ombudsman can one contact or a telephone number that something can be done
