Landline out of order since November 6
My landline has been out of order intermittently since November 6. The first time a technician cam was December 5, line seemed ok when he left. After a few days it was off again. The fault has been reported on several occasions, it is out of order again.<br> <br> Of course, I am still billed for rental even though I cannot use the line!!!!
