Landline out of order for two months

My landline is out of order since 18 November 2015, for two months. I reported it immediatly, two days later I received a sms that the fault is fixed. It was not and I reported it immediately again. Eversince I reported it twice or three times a week. Yesterday I received a sms that they will attend to the matter today (18 January 2016. I made arragements for somebody to by at my home, for I am working. Telkom did not came to my home today. However I received a sms that the problem is fixed. IT IS NOT!!!! After checking it with 4 different telephone instruments my telephone is still not working. I have tried to speak to a supervisor ... without any success. Telkom's service is not excisting!!!!
