Landline out of order for three weeks
My landline has been out of order for over three weeks. ON IST MAY A TECHNICIAN PHONED TO SAY HE WOULD BE COMING OVER TO FIX LINE. i waited the whole day nobody arrived. i have since phoned several times where they have said it has been escalated to management .
