LANDLINE OUT OF ORDER FOR ONE WEEK
Reported my phone out of order on Tuesday 05 May 2015. Was given a reference number and that is as far as they have gone. I have phoned every day - to be told they WILL ESCALATE it. Still nothing has been done. Have just phoned now and been told that it has not yet been given to a technician. Telkom is worse than useless.
