Landline out of order for a month

Good day, my parents landline has been out of order for a month. Despite contacting the call center and logging the fault and numerous follow up calls, there has been no feedback regarding the status of the repair of the line. My parents need the landline for various reasons and it is becoming increasingly frustrating trying to ascertain when the line is going to be fixed. Please can this matter be urgently attended to !
