LANDLINE OUT OF ORDER
My landline is out of order since 24 March 2016. Reported to call center with reference no. 788CRK240316.<br> Today is 31 March 2016 and nobody from Telkom even bodered to do any effords to rectify this fault.<br> I sincerely hope that my account be credited accordingly for the down time.<br> <br> Adsl is barely functioning as well. Current download speed id 0.30kbps....am paying for 4mbps.. <br> <br> Once again....I have no words to describe my disgust with this supplier of communication services to our country.
