Landline Order Never Completed

Good day.

I am contacting Telkom through Hello Peter, as all other communication attempts through email, calls and online chats, have proved unsuccessful.

Rockwood Enterprises (situated in Citrusdal, Western Cape) ordered 2 VDMCA phone lines on the order number ********** 72A, one for an existing telephone number and the other line for a completely new number.

We have paid a deposit of R700.00 through EFT, but as of yet, no installation has been done. Our business is holy dependant on a landline,as we get no cellphone reception here.

Could anyone please help us out?
