Landline Number given to someone else

Our area had an exchange fault. After the repairs, numbers in the area were mixed around and someone else now has my phone number and can make calls from that number.<br> My line now has a new number, and no longer has ADSL.<br> <br> Despite numerous requests to resolve, and having a fault assigned, nothing has been fixed to date.<br> <br> I also state, here, and on record, that I refuse to be held liable for any calls or expenses or charges on the line while it is not in my control.<br> <br> Fault number is:<br> 1004CRK180316<br>
