Landline not working sonce mid July 2015

I originally reported our Telkom landline not working in mid July and had sms on 24/7 confirming that there may be a non-branded repair technician senf to fix the phone. I received a further sms on 9 Aug confirming repair was in hand (Ref 165CRK210715) Still nothing happened. Tried to phone Telkom \fault line"on our cell phones but not willing to wait for &gt"
