Landline not operational for 2 months

My landline has not been working for the past 2 months. I've reported it numerous times, been on to chat and I was told that the issue has been marked as urgent and a technician will come through to resolve the issue as there is a break in the line.

Firstly no technician has called or come through.

Secondly I keep getting a message to say that it's been fixed when in actual fact the line is still dead.

Thirdly I am paying for a service that is non- existent.

I am sick and tired of this and I cannot call Telkom because I have no landline and every message I get tells me to call Telkom.

I have reported the fault weekly, sometimes more than once a week. I get an SMS to say there's a fault logged, then it's been marked as urgent, then to say that it's fixed but it does not work. This is occurring for the past 2 months over and over again. I am being billed for calls made during this period that I haven't made as the landline is not working.

I need this actually fixed. A technician needs to actually come through and not just resolve the ticket without actually confirming if the landline works or not.

So damn dissapointed with the service I have received from Telkom. It's pathetic. Pathetic is a compliment for Telkom. Every negative word in the dictionary is a compliment to Telkom's service this is how absolutely, pathetically horrible Telkom's service has been.

Whilst chatting to your agents online, they disconnect the chat midway. How can a business as huge as Telkom treat their customers like ****? There is power in numbers and with Telkom's already ****ty public image, your paying customers will leave and you will be so sorry for ever regarding your paying customers in this manner.
