Landline move. still waiting . promised to be done

Telkom is giving me run around. I logged my move of landline ***. I was promised that the move would be done by 01/01/2016. I am still waiting. No communication. I had to call Telkom today. They just say sorry its by technical department. ref ***a . i dunno anymore.
