Landline Move Request Not Sufficiently Actioned/ADSL ISP not cancelled still paying

<p>I did my move request in November 2016.</p> <p>Someone apparently tried to contact me on the 9 Deember to do the form and couldnt get hold of me.</p> <p>Rescheduled to 20 December guy arrives and stll to date I have no telephone that is working.</p> <p>I see the monthly bill but no landline. I have spent in excess of R500 trying to speak to someone who is of any help with no help at all. I am ready to cancel my service if Telkom reads this please cancel it and dont bother informing me once done.</p>
