Landline/Internet Problem

<p>Hallo I want to compliment Thando Bavuma at Telkom Technical Agent ensuring the correct person to be sent out to our home and also the technician for his AWESOME friendly way he resolved the matter</p> <p> Fault ref. ********** 6 <br /> Telkom ADSL ********** 597(ref 59AEK100717) restored. <br /> Alvin Meyer the technician and technical agent Thando Bavuma from</p> <p> I logged the call to urgently restore our landline that was off kapoet dead and also we had no internet connection at our home last weekend, the 8th July Monday .After logging it on Monday our services was restored with all brand new telephone cord installed in our home on Wednesday the 12th July.</p> <p>This is what I call EXCELLENT service and the best part the friendly manner of Mr Alvin Meyer in the way he talked and treated my husband with so much patience.</p> <p>Good work, may God bless both of you Elvin and Thando.<br /> <br /> </p>
