I have app**** for telkom line at Secunda Branch on the 04 August 2017 and Paid for Activation fee and until this day NO LANDLINE HAS BEEN INSTALLED AFTER FOUR MONTHS THEY RECEIVED MY REQUEST. Roleen Le Roux - did not assist me did not assist me although I made several follow ups. Glenda Gallieboy The Manager - also failed to assist me did not assist me although I made several follow ups as well. Now they are ignoring my emails and calls, their service is very poor
