Landline finally cancelled, now how do I get refund?

<p>I'm very relieved that Telkom finally cancelled my landline (what a ordeal that was), but how do I get refunded the money now owed to me as I had a positive balance on my account?</p> <p>Can't find any answers anywhere.</p> <p> </p>
