Landline faulty-technicians lying about site visits to fix landline

<p>I have logged numerous queries on your website about office landline being faulty. your technicians update the query on line as resolved but they have never pitched. there is a dialing tone but when dialing a number the line is engaged. this has been happening for over a month and has really slowed down productivity in the office. i have tried to have a chat online with your agents but no luck with them as they claim they dont see a fault on the system</p>
