Landline faulty

<p>I reported my faulty lind on the 24th January. My reference nr 669CTZ240117 Landline ********** </p> <p>After numerous calls a contractor came and check inside and then told us the fault is outside. He will report back to Telkom. Up to today my line is still out of order. Huge frustration. Service Telkom pathetic. How long will I be with out service.</p>
