Reported a noisy landline (for person on other end not for me) - December 2018 ... receive many SMS responses ... Fault report follow up shows PROGRESSING ... All I want is them to call me and listen to what my callers hear ... I cannot call anyone on this phone - Fault Ref 9CWZ221218
