Landline drama at home and work

<p>Both at home and at work I'm a Telkom client for years. Three weeks ago our landline stopped working. We logged a fault as one does and start receiving sms' saying technician came, problem solved, case closed. As I write this, I still don't have any dialing tone both at work and home. What a pity to have this kind of problems in 21st century.</p>
