Landline down yet again
<p>my elderly parents live on a farm with no cell phone reception meaning that their telkom landline is their only means of communication. The landline however repeatedly goes down. Today it was down, got repaired and after only about an hour went down yet again. They have yet to experience a full month of service from telkom this year - can someone PLEEEASE sort this out once and for all.</p>
