LANDLINE DOWN - 2 DAYS LATER STILL NOT RESTORED

This is my second complaint for the day and still no progress. Does Telkom not care about customer service. Is my service of no importance"? Due to Telkom's poor and pathetic customer service I must continuously incur costs. I am purchase data 1gig for R99. I've had to do this because of school and work commitments being due on Friday.
