Landline Dead for 3 Months With No Repairs

Terrible service from Telkom my landline has dead for over 3 months. I log fault after fault and all that happens is that the call is closed automatically with no technician being sent out to fix my landline. Please can someone investigate this please. My last reference number is ***9 for landline *** in the Durban north area.
