Landline dead and no update

<p>My landline has been dead for a week and nobody can give me an update on the status, except for "it's being attended to". <br /> <br />Technicians were dispatched, but apparently it was the wrong ones and then the job doesn't get done. I've requested a call with an update as to WHAT the problem is and WHEN I can expect it to be fixed, but I'm still waiting. <br /> <br />There re are two lines registered at my address and the other line was repaired (network error), but my main line is still down and the fault is listed as being repaired.</p>
