Landline cancelled without notification

Good Day,

I have been calling multiple times to get help from your customer service. Each time I do I am sent from this department to the next. I found out that my landline number got cancelled. This was done without any form of notification to me whatsoever. Now I am battling to get through to customer service to find out why.
