landline and internet off again!!!!!

I just can't believe it. I have been off landline and internet from the 14th of july until the 10th of august. Finally, after few reports though Hello Peter, we got it back on the 10th of August. Guess what?!!!! It's off again. I am gobsmacked. What is wrong with Telkom. It's the 19th of august today and our reference number is 306CWK1908. As reported earlier, my business is run from home and I desperately need both landline and internet to make my business viable. I was already 4 weeks behind my work, I lost few customers and that is happening again. Please give me a break and make it working. I am furious!
