Landline and inet line down for several weeks.

Hi there. My name is Richard Douglas. I have a landline and inet at Telkom. For the last 3 weeks the land line did not work and no inet at all. I did call the consultant several time to address the issue. First I have to change the router, cost me about R1000, then the consultant said the inet line is down. The next consultant said that the inet line is still down and they will send a tech to attend to the problem. This all happened the week of 19 Dec 2020. So today 12 Jan 2021 the land line is still off, the inet is not working and there is no action from Telkom. I am paying for a service but don't get any service. I need are refund for the lack of inet and not using the landline. My number landline ***. Sasolburg. RJ Douglas. ID *** . I hope the landline and inet can be fixed ASAP. Regards Richard
