Landline and adsl not working..

Have been reporting my phone since the 14th of December. Received 5 sms's. Two of them stated that I must be patient and that they are investigating the problem.. HOW IS TELKOM INVESTIGATING THE PROBLEM IF NO ONE HAS BEEN TO MY HOUSE TO SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS?????
