Landline and ADSL not working

We reported a fault on our landline and ADSL on the 26th of August - it is still not fixed and no repair person has been assigned. We have followed up and been issued with numerous escalation referernce numbers to no effect.<br> Sometimes its intermittent, most of the time it doesn't work at all.<br> If there is a backlog, why is there not better communication?<br> We are paying for these basic services, which are essential to us (especially as cell signal in our area is week) and they are not being supp**** , its not acceptable<br> <br>
