I logged a fault on the 21st November. Ref483CNK211117 up to date no one has come to attend to my faulty line. This is really pathetic service from Telekom. About 3 months ago I had same issue line wasn't working for a month when it could have been resolved in a day. I'm highly frustrated with the pathetic service
