Land lines not fixed

After we had a storm in our area our land line stoped working, we have reported this several times in the last three weeks and still it is not fixed. We use this line for our wifi and now we are unable to contact my brother abroad. The excuse is that they do not have a tech to come and do this. We are paying for something that does not work our ref is 18636.

affected number is *** MR. LOUIS BACHFISCHER the tech came out fixed the phone line but the adsl is still not working we are unable to use this line for internet
