land line still not working

<p>my telkom land line dont work from friday the 10th , i have phone every day twice , log a complain and error. i have done everthing possible to make sure that the problem is not on my side and tested my phone service. every time i phone i have to hold the phone for 30 minutes before i get helped. no one will let me speak to a manager or supervisor. they out for lunch all the time , doesn't matter what time you phone. someone made contact on the 15 th and said they will be here the same day. No One came. again i phoned and said that i will be at the office on the public holiday. still nothing. im losing business everyday my phone is not working. it cost a lot off money to phone them twice a day and the poor service i received is totally un aseptable !!!! </p>
