Land Line Out of Service Since October 2016

<p>My telkom landline has been out of service since October 2016. I have made numerous calls with regards to this and to date have had no feedback. I keep calling only to be told the techinicians are busy with fixinf the problem. "FIXING THE PROBLEM FOR 3 MONTHS!!!!!" And then to add to my misery I am being billed on my line for calls!!!! How is this possobl;e if mny line is not working?????? Clearly the techinicians are making calls at my expense. I have even queried my billing for a refund on all the amounts that I am not liable for but have also had no response from telkom. What pathetic service!!!!!!!</p>
