Land line out of service for six weeks!

Reported the land line out of order on 14 Feb 2015 and again on 11 March 2015. Got a ref. no. 147CTZ140215. Tried to track a fault on the Telkom website, but the application is not available. Tried to report a fault on the Telkom website, but can't since a fault has already been reported. Received the same ref. no. as above.<br> It is now 6 weeks and the land line is still out of service.
