Land line down since 9/2/2015

My land line has been down since 9/2/2015 reported fault on 10/2/2015 on 17/2/2015 receive sms stating fault closed line repaired? still dead lodged further fault Calling 10120 everyday and after holding on for 30 mins I put down .<br> <br> Please expedite
