Land line disconnected

I requested for my internet to be disconnected due to very slow and poor service, but the someone did not read the instruction correctly and disconnected my land line as well, it has now been a mission to get the land line reconnected, call the call centre, visited the telkom stores, send emails, its like they just do not care about their customers and now i see they are selling funeral policies, good luck with that i will not trust them at all , if they find it difficult to read instruction and reconnect a line , can you imagine what hoops one will have to jump through to get the funds from them. Telkom - very bad service .
