Land Line at Rooi Els
<p>Landline at Rooi Els is not working<br />I called Telkom Call Centre and spoke to Klas.<br />He said he would SMS a reference number but so far an hour and a half later nothing has been received.<br />Let us watch this space. If service is great I will upgraded this rating. </p>
The call centre agent "Klas" had not logged the call but Telkom's social media liason followed up and a day later Telkom did indeed come to repair the line. Good service in the end but also with a little help from Hello Peter.
